If u spawn up near the lake and the church it’s pretty much instant death by the goon squad

man seeing you not get beamed by the goons running by the convoy, scav bunker and the lake with the boat made me feel like the most unlucky person in the world lol first woods raid i spawned by the convoy for search mission and got chased down by the goons across the map.

I can't wait for BSG to do as they said and integrate mod support. Being able to tune the AI, adjust their spawn points/frequency, and set individual profile/behavior types for them is absolute magic. You get giga chads, W keyers, rats, etc. A lot of times can't even tell you're playing offline.

Woods is the most deadly map for me. Scavs, PMCs, and goons laser me through trees all the time lol

For a moment I was thinking "Hang on Pest, you can't just buy the shotguns, gotta find them!"
Then it clicked.

No Goons when you go close to Scav bunker😅. My 2 first Raids on woods to day was..... Spawn close to the scav bunker and Goons kill me after 20sec😂😂.

I went woods twice and both times the goons clapped me. Had goons 4 times in 1 week

In PVE - Woods is very variable on how busy it is. Ive been on a map that was just popping off everywhere and one that utterly silent almost everywhere.

Can confirm that when I play Woods that small camp near the sawmill gets hit up by a 2 man or 3 man group of A.I. PMC's as soon as the round starts.

dont forget about the blue folder spawns (2) at USEC camp!! if you are going up there you might as well take a peek

Tip for people who might play this check ammo in mags some have bp or m80 and other good ammos

Everyone who is saying how much harder their games are? Did you just watching him drop his gear to make runs *out of bounds* for loot multiple times? He is playing a different game than all of us. We're barely more than these bots to him. We are the reason our games are harder.

Nothing like a pestily series to get me to reinstall tarkov just for pve haha

This has to be my favorite series. Better than anime

90% of my woods raids are like this, just running around hoovering up loot and picking off the odd scav. The other 10% of runs are spawning in the top corner near USEC, bunker or the lake in direct Line of sight of Goons. If I'm not dead immediately, the sound of the fighting draws in the entire map and 20 minutes later I'm out of ammo, meds and starting the slow painful limp across the map to extract with all my limbs blacked out.

could you not go to the scav bunker with the btr and make the btr kill the goons instant?

Also if you F1 scavs will com back to you 100% of the time within a reasonable range

Haven’t seen them hit mines but I have seen them go pass the no go zone and get sniped by invisa scav

I think I will enjoy being able to play pve once in awhile but still online with friends

Just me that was so mad that he didn't drop the small saiga ak mag for loot he found? He dropped better stuff than that mag

If I played Tarkov, this would probably be the route I would go if I were drinking or playing with friends that are new

Cabinet was empty because a pmc Ai looted something good there or supposed to simulate that

Hard disagree on the looting and staying in the area. I'd love to see more movement across the map from PMC's and scavs, have them get into more gunfights, and have pmc vs pmc gunfights.
An argument could be made "well go to pvp tarkov noob", but if bsg would be able to make it slightly more immersive witb proper gunfights and lootsplosions, i feel like tha game would be in an outstanding place for both pvp enjoyers and the casual player

Woods easy PVE?! You got knight running halfway across the map hunting you down. Was close to outskirts, hid behind the electric tower. Tomahawk missile inbound! 😱😢

Pve loot used to be insane, after they changed the spawn rate and made AI loot there is less loot just lying about.

what if they incorporated the traders into the maps in pve as npcs, it be alot more enjoyable i think and immersive pve to me seems kind of repetitive and boring, just my opinion tho

PVE loot is so dumb now. They nuked it completely AND made PMC's spawn in high value areas, loot, and leave the map....
These devs are so braindead and lack QA/testing it's actually mind blowing.

for me looks pve boring as hell , pmc usually dont talk to you and try way harder to kill , i mean its nice to see not cheaters but the feeling is just not the same
